Who we are

This website is operated by Brisav. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Products and prices

All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may change prices and product details at any time, but a change never affects an order we have already confirmed.

Product photographs are of the actual style. Because pieces are handmade, the item you receive can differ slightly.

Orders

An order is a request to buy. It is accepted only when we confirm it, normally in a phone call. If a piece has sold out, we will tell you and cancel that item.

Payment

Orders are paid online at checkout through Razorpay, by UPI, card or netbanking. Razorpay handles your payment details; we never see or store your card or UPI information.

Liability

Our responsibility for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes fall under the courts where our studio is located.
