When your order ships

Every order is confirmed with a phone call before it is packed. Because each piece is handmade, we usually dispatch within 2 to 4 working days of that call.

You will get an email when the order is confirmed, and again when it is on its way.

Delivery time

Once dispatched, delivery normally takes 3 to 7 working days depending on your location. Remote pincodes can take longer.

Shipping charges

Shipping is free on every order within India. A safe & fast option by air is offered for fragile pieces and gifts.

Payment

Orders are paid online at checkout by UPI, card or netbanking. We start making and packing your order once the payment is confirmed.

Wrong or incomplete address

If a parcel comes back to us because the address or phone number was wrong, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Redelivery may be charged again.
