What we collect

When you order, we collect your name, phone number, email address and delivery address. If you create an account we also keep your password in a hashed form that cannot be read back.

While you are logged in, we also remember which pieces you open and what you search for on this site, for up to 90 days. We use it to show you the right pieces and, now and then, to email you about a piece you came back to; you can stop those emails from your account or from any of them. The pieces you opened on the same browser just before logging in are added too; logging out clears them from the browser. We never see what you do on other sites, and a guest's browsing stays in their own browser until they log in.

When you write to us through the contact form, we keep your message so we can reply.

Why we collect it

We use these details only to confirm, pack and deliver your order, to answer your messages, and to keep records of sales as required by law.

Who else sees it

Your address and phone number are shared with the delivery partner carrying your parcel. We do not sell your details and we do not use them for advertising.

Cookies

We use one cookie to remember your cart and another to keep you logged in if you have an account. There are no advertising or tracking cookies on this site.

A third cookie remembers the last few pieces you opened and the words you searched for on this site, so we can show you more of what you came for. It stays on your device, is never shared with anyone, and clears itself after two months. We cannot see your browsing history or what you search for anywhere else — no website can.

Your choices

Write to [email protected] to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you. We will remove whatever we are not required to keep for tax records.
