Damaged or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged, or is not what you ordered, tell us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the piece and the packaging. We will replace it or refund it in full.

Change of mind

Because every piece is made by hand in small batches, we cannot accept returns simply for a change of mind. Please check the size and colour on the product page before ordering.

Slight variations are normal

Colour, finish and small details vary from piece to piece. That is part of handmade work and is not treated as a defect.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are paid within 7 working days to the account or card you paid with.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel any order before it is dispatched. Message us with your order number and we will cancel it and confirm by email.
